Referral criteria
We support individuals who are experiencing housing instability and would benefit from supported accommodation.
Typical referrals include people who are:
Experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness
Escaping domestic abuse or unsafe living situations
Displaced or without stable accommodation
Leaving care or transitioning from supported environments
In need of stabilisation support alongside housing
Each referral is assessed individually to ensure safety, suitability, and the best possible outcome.
How the referral process works
