Who we support

Safer Homes works with individuals experiencing:

Homelessness or risk of homelessness

Domestic abuse and unsafe living situations

Displacement or forced relocation

Leaving care or unsupported transitions into adulthood

Mental health challenges linked to housing instability

Breakdown of previous housing arrangements

We work closely with referral partners to ensure placements are safe, appropriate, and sustainable.
